The train leaves from the Fatelep station at the entrance of Szalajka Valley. The length of the track is almost 5 km, the destination is the Gloriette Glade. From the end of the sixties, transportation of goods moved more and more into the background, and as tourism started to grow, passenger transportation became dominant. The trains transport approximately 200 thousand tourist per year. In October 1999, the steam locomotive called Szilvi and a contemporary lounge car was put into service.
